You can speak freely in a space where judgment doesn't exist.

What should I expect in my first session?

It’s completely normal to feel a bit nervous before your first session. Think of it as a conversation rather than a clinical interview. Your therapist will start by understanding what brought you here, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. This is a discovery phase where we build a rapport. There is no pressure to share everything at once; we go at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Absolutely. Research consistently shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most concerns. In fact, many clients prefer online therapy because it allows them to participate from the comfort and safety of their own homes, eliminating travel stress and saving time. Whether you choose video or audio sessions, the core therapeutic relationship remains just as impactful and supportive.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no "one size fits all" answer for this. The duration of therapy depends entirely on your unique goals, the nature of your concerns, and the progress we make together. We will regularly check in with you to review your progress and ensure you are getting exactly what you need.

How do I prepare for my first appointment?

You don't need to prepare much! Just try to find a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted for the duration of the session. If you have some thoughts or specific issues you want to focus on, you are welcome to jot them down, but it is not mandatory. The most important thing you bring to the session is yourself and your willingness to start the journey toward healing.
