About Manovritti
Manovritti is a mental health and psychological services clinic based in Delhi, India. We provide therapy, counselling, psychological assessments, psychiatric consultations, and related wellness services — both in-person and online.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (manovritti.com) and all services offered by Manovritti. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Manovritti provides the following professional services:

- Psychological assessments (cognitive, ADHD, personality, and more)
- Psychiatric consultation and medication management
- Trauma-informed therapy
- Career and life counselling
- Corporate wellness programmes and workshops
- Clinical internships for psychology students
Important: Our services are provided for mental health support and wellness purposes. They do not constitute emergency medical care. If you are in crisis or require immediate medical attention, please contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

Eligibility & Booking
Our services are available to individuals of all ages. Sessions for minors (under 18) require parental or guardian consent before commencement.
To book a session, you may use our online booking form, call us directly, or message us on WhatsApp. Bookings are subject to therapist availability and are confirmed only upon explicit confirmation from our team.
We reserve the right to decline a booking if we determine that our services are not appropriate for a particular situation — for example, if a higher level of care is required.

Appointments & Cancellations
Attendance: Please arrive on time for in-person sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full fee.
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session fee.
Therapist cancellations: In the unlikely event that your therapist needs to cancel, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no extra charge.
Online sessions: Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection. Technical difficulties beyond our control do not entitle a refund, but we will always work to reschedule where possible.

Fees & Payments
Session fees are communicated at the time of booking. We accept UPI, card, and cash payments. EMI options are available for assessment packages.
Refunds: Fees paid for completed sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel with adequate notice (24+ hours), fees paid in advance will be applied to a future session or refunded at our discretion.
Fees are subject to change. We will notify you of any changes before your next booking.

Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. Our therapists follow the ethical guidelines of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). Confidentiality will only be broken in legally mandated situations — such as imminent risk of harm to self or others, or a court order. You will be informed before any disclosure wherever legally and safely possible.

Limitations of Service
Manovritti provides mental health support but is not a substitute for emergency medical care. Our services are not designed to manage acute psychiatric crises, active suicidal emergencies, or situations requiring immediate hospitalisation.
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please call emergency services (112) or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Therapeutic outcomes vary between individuals. We cannot guarantee specific results from therapy or counselling.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission
We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from our pages.
